By accessing and using Edutechz Cloud Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
We provide Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Remote Desktop Protocols (RDP), and DSTV subscriptions. We offer a 30-day guarantee on our DSTV services and a 30-day hardware/network guarantee on our VPS/RDP nodes. We are not responsible for software misconfigurations caused by the user.
You agree not to use our servers for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: DDoS attacks, malware distribution, phishing, or unauthorized network scanning. Violation will result in immediate suspension without refund.
All payments are final. Refunds are only issued at the discretion of the administration if a service cannot be provisioned or falls under our warranty replacement criteria and cannot be replaced.
